The Pipestone Area Band Parent's Association's goal is to support the school music program beyond the foundational funding provided by the district. The Association helps organize multiple fundraisers annually. They also provide logistical support during marching band season helping build and transport props and equipment. The Association also provides scholarship opportunities to our graduating senior band students.

We are always looking for new members. Whether you are a parent or just a supporter of music from our community, you are welcome to join the Pipestone Area Band Parent's Association. Please contact Dr. Ploeger if you are interested in joining.

Student participation in fundraisers is optional. Funds raised help defray costs that otherwise would be incurred by each student and their family. For example, funds raised can be used to pay for band trips and summer band camps like All-State.
